• Part-time Police Officer
  • The City of Austin is looking for qualified candidates to apply for a part-time police officer position. Candidates must be certified to be a police officer in the state of Arkansas and have a clean work record and background.  The candidate must also be able to commit to a minimum of 24 hours per month (3 shifts).  If you are interested, please submit an application to Austin City Hall located at 3181 Hwy 367 N  Austin, AR 72007.  You may print an application located on this website, or you may come by Austin City Hall and pick one up.  Chief Cook will review all applications and proceed from there.  The position(s) will be open until filled.  Salary depends on experience and can be negotiated in the interview.
