Water Application

Please contact the office at 501 941-2648 if you have questions about signing up for service.  The requirements needed are:  proof of responsiblity to the property (closing papers, lease, etc.), drivers license and cash, check or money order for $125.00 new account fee.  If you would like to sign up for auto draft please bring a voided blank check.  All new accounts must originate from an office visit.  You may complete the application below and it will available at the office for you to complete your new service sign up.
